Meet Dr Aimee - 10-DN Founder
Aimee is a mum of 3, wife, ultramarathon runner, Chiropractor, personal trainer, seasoned entrepreneur, and has over 15 years' experience in the health and wellness industry. Her busy life has taught her a thing or two about staying healthy, whilst juggling a hectic schedule! Aimee's journey through various heath practices has led her to believe a simple truth: optimal health comes from simplicity!
Now she is on a mission to empower women to achieve wellness goals through manageable, everyday habits, ensuring a healthier and happier life without the sacrifice. She brings a unique approach which addresses not just the physical, but the mental and nutritional aspects of health and wellbeing.
In 10-DN Aimee brings a concept from ultramarathons to everyday life. When you are mentally and physically exhausted you literally lay in the dirt and nap for 10 minutes and wake up refreshed and ready to go. If we just took 10 minutes a day to stop & reset when we are exhausted it would have a massive impact on our health long term as busy women!
